Fermentation tank introduction

Fermentation is the process of producing alcohol and carbon dioxide by anaerobic respiration of yeast. This is the real "beer-making" stage. Yeast fermentation requires a process of aerobic respiration first and then anaerobic respiration. Aerobic respiration yeast multiplies in large numbers to provide more yeast for anaerobic respiration later. Anaerobic respiration produces the final alcohol and carbon dioxide after oxygen is used up.

After finishing fermentation in a fermentation tank, then pump beer into a bright beer tank to mature

Why is there such a requirement for the size of the fermentation tank? The time from the first wort entering the fermentation tank to the last time the wort enters the fermentation tank is called the full tank time, and the full tank time is preferably within 24 hours. If it exceeds 24 hours, it will affect the reduction of diacetyl to butanediol. If the diacetyl content is too high, it will cause beer to produce a rancid taste.

Beer fermentation tank are typical brewery tanks that are designed especially for production of alcoholic beverages like beer.It can be Non-jacketed and jacketed beer fermentation tanks.
