Brewery systems are available with three different tank technologies:
1. separate fermentation and storage tanks
2. UNI-tanks, which are used both as fermentation and storage tanks
3. CCF and CCT as cylindro-conical fermentation and storage tanks
Every beer production ends in the pressure dispensing tanks, which are available in vertical and horizontal design.
Most of the tanks are also available as “double size” tanks, which are dimensioned to hold the capacity of two batches. With a higher number of brews per week and a lower number of different types of beer at the same time, this option is recommended to reduce space requirements and investment costs.
Sometimes it might be necessary to manufacture custom-made tanks because of a tight room situation. This is also no problem for us.
Fermentation and storage tanks (unitanks) 10HL 20HL popular size
Fermentation and storage tanks (unitanks)
Direct cooling with water / ice water / glycol
Every fermentation/storage tank is cooled individually. Isolated dual mantle tanks are pipe connected to a ice water/glycol cooling plant. This allows for a direct and precise control of operations.
Indirect cooling
Non isolated tanks are placed in a cool storage. This is not suitable for main fermentation.
Cylindrical conic fermentation and storage tanks (Uni tanks), single walled
Manufactured in Stainless Steel, one walled, not isolated, for positioning in the cold room. Additionally you can remove the yeast with the beer still in the tank.
The tanks are equipped with:
fermenting plug with pressure control and manometer
high pressure valve
connection for beer pipe ½ ”
connection for yeast pipe ½”
equipped for CIP cleaning with rotating spray ball
Cylindrical conical fermentation and storage tanks
Cylindrical conical fermentation and storage tanks (Uni tanks), double walled, isolated
The cylindrical conic construction and the integrated cooling allows for optimal removal of the yeast. This way the beer can stay in the same tank for the whole fermentation/storage process (Uni tank).
fermenting plug with pressure control and manometer
high pressure valve
connection for beer pipe ½ ”
connection for yeast pipe ½”
equipped for CIP cleaning with rotating spray ball
electronic control for a guided temperature management and magnetic valve for controlled fermenting
cone with cooling (isolated)
