The design of the brewing system is maximally tailored to the requirements of the high efficiency of the wort production, while maintaining its good ergonomics.
This wort production system is the essential part of the complete beer brewing equipment. Primary function of this system is the production of wort using either infusion or decoction boiling method. Wort is an intermediate necessary product in production of beer. Beer then arises from wort after its fermentation and maturation in special pressure tanks – fermenters.

The 600L wort production system (brewhouse ) is an industrial compact food machine which includes all necessary equipment. The brewhouse is a powerful system equipped with three separated functional tanks.
1st tank = mashing tank (tank to mixing malt in water) + wort boiling tank (tank to boiling of wort)
2nd tank = wort filtration tank (tank to filtration of wort)
3rd tank = whirlpool (tank to separation of hops from wort + tank to temporary storage of hot wort) .
The operation platform,control system and s are also parts of the system.
Supporting equipment
– Basic frame with work platform (excluding the smallest brewing machines)
– Pipe system with pumps
– VFD Motors with agitators for mixing and cutting of malt mash
– Wort plated heat exchanger(single stage or double stages)
– Wort aeration candle (may be used as external part)
– Heating system(electric heating pipe for electric heating;Boiler for steam heating;Burner for direct fire heating )
– Semi automatic or full automatic control system
– Waste steam outgoing system
– hot water tank and a tank for treated cold water are usually an external accessories of the brewing machine.
For some of the simpler types of wort machines, some containers are omitted or functions of more vessels are integrated to one combi-tank.
We produce the system of stainless steel or stainless steel. The machine is usually placed in the industrial brewery room, but it may be also placed directly in interior of the restaurant. Industrial design of the complicated wort production machine in the middle of the restaurant is a good marketing tool which pull a customer attention.

If the customer does not have special requirements for the design of the tank, we will produce it in accordance with the normal design.But sometimes, the customer's space or height is limited, then we will design the most reasonable layout and tanks according to the customer's specific situation.
