How to maintain beer fermentation tank
1: It is necessary to carry out pressure-preserving leak test before using. Tighten the clamp and keep the pressure of 0.2MP with water or compressed air all day. The value of the pressure gauge of the fermentation tank is unchanged, indicating that there is no leakage, which meets the production requirements and can be used.
2: Washing of fermentation tank. There is a cleaning ball in the fermentation tank. The pressure of the tap water must reach 0.2MP. The cleaning ball can be rotated quickly and cleaned 360 degrees without dead angle. If the pressure does not meet the requirements, add water to the mashing tank and wash it with the pump. Water washing (tap water) → alkaline washing (food grade sodium hydroxide, mixed dilution concentration 3%, temperature 55 degrees, washing pump circulation for 20 minutes) → phosphoric acid or citric acid (food grade, mixed dilution concentration 2%., circulating with washing pump 10 minutes) →water washing (washing with tap water) → hydrogen peroxide washing (food grade, mixed with tap water to dilute the concentration of 1%, cycle cleaning for 20 minutes). When the beer in the fermentation tank is emptied, the yeast residue will remain on the inner wall of the fermentation tank, we need to clean the fermentation tank in time, otherwise it will be difficult to clean after drying. The fermentation tank has been used for a long time, and the clamp needs to be tightened again to prevent leakage.
3: Maintenance of solenoid valve and temperature probe. Solenoid valve power supply 24V, it is best not to contact with water, always check the fluidity of the solenoid valve. Temperature probes are prone to condensate, which is often checked and removed. Refrigerant piping should be tightened again with pipe wrench to prevent leakage.
How to maintain cooling system
1: Maintenance of glycol water tank.
The Glycol water tank has a liquid level. We make a mark on the liquid level tube and know the volume of the glycol water in the tank. When the liquid level drops, we must add the corresponding 95% alcohol to replenish the lost alcohol to meet required concentration and cooling effect. The pipeline between the glycol water tank and the glycol water pump should be tightened from time to time without leakage.
2: Daily maintenance of the refrigerator.
① Copper tube refrigerator, mainly check the high-pressure gauge and low-pressure gauge of the refrigerator. The refrigerator has a pressure control,if the pressure is too low, the refrigerator can not start;If too high, it also will not start. The brass tube nuts have to be tightened accordingly over time to prevent leakage of fluorine. The refrigerator is a three-live wire, a neutral wire and a ground wire, and the wiring terminals also should be fastened.
②Keep the main engine clean.
③Check whether the parts of the main engine are loose or damaged.
④Check whether there is refrigerant leakage, check whether the pressure of the pressure gauge is 0, or whether there is a drop from the usual reading. Check the leakage can visually check whether there is oil stain or refrigerant leakage at the connection of each pipeline or parts assembly, etc. , And equipped with soapy water or refrigerant leak detector to confirm whether there is a leak.
⑤Check whether external interlocking circuit, flow switch, water temperature,water pressure and water flow of water pipe are normal.
⑥Check whether the power supply is normal before and after starting.
⑦ Check whether there is abnormal vibration and noise after starting up.
⑧ Check whether the high and low pressure is normal after starting.
⑨ Check whether the running status of the main engine is normal, such as starting, stopping and temperature control after starting.
⑩ Record the running status of the main engine; Voltage, current, high and low pressure, inlet and outlet temperature and pressure of condenser and evaporator. The lubricating oil in the compressor has been added during the production of the main engine, so it does not need to be refilled. It must be replenished unless the unit is dismantled and repaired. If the unit has abnormal conditions, it should be notified to professional technicians for maintenance.
