Benefits of using brewhouse |
Easy production of wort without having years of operator´s experience
Easy to achieve a stable quality of beer without the influence of variable quality of raw materials
The malt mill is not needed as part of the brewery – safe costs, no problems with storage and preparation of malt grist
Short learning time for workers in the production process of quality beer
Possibility of almost complete automation of wort production, which in the production of beer from traditional materials is not economicaly possible
Significant savings in labor, especially in the automatic version of the brewhouse
Considerable energy savings up to 50% in the production of wort concentrate
Reducing the volume of solid waste production by up to 90% – there are no malted grains
Lower purchase price of microbrewery
Faster return on investment
2 vesel brewhouse sysstem with plate heat exchanger
The brewhouse system1000L includes in standard :
mashing lauter tank for mashing
kettle/whirlpool – for separation of hop dregs from wort
control panel
platform with steps
all pipes and wires connections
all mechanically and automatically controlled valves and armatures
High Gravity Mash Tun
Low pressure steam jacket with PLC controlled temperature control for optimum profile capability
VFD speed and function controlled, custom engineering mash mixer for low sheer, efficient mash mixing designed to handle high gravity brews
High Gravity Lauter Tun designed to handle larger grist loads
Integrated, VFD speed and function controlled rake system designed to cut and lift grain bed to maximize extract yield, reduce lautering time and automate grain out processes
Custom designed wedge wire false bottom designed to maximize yield and minimize grain pass-through
Grain out access manway for easy and efficient grain out processing
Multipoint wort collection design for uniform bed formation and high yield extract collection
Brew Kettle with integrated steam jacket and temperature control
Custom designed vessel optimized for rapid boiling and DMS removal improving product quality and energy efficiency
Low pressure steam jacket with PLC controlled temperature control for efficient and vigorous boil control

Fermentation tanks for fermenting beer
Primary Fermentation:
After the yeast has been pitched into the wort, the transformation from wort into beer has started. During the fermentation process, the CO2 released from the yeast interacting with the sugars is vented, and harmful bacteria is prevented from entering. Optimal temperatures are maintained during primary fermentation depending on the yeast strain and beer that is being brewed.
A vigorous fermentation process takes place under these conditions. While the yeast consumes the fermentable sugar compounds – such as sucrose, maltose, and glucose – ethanol alcohol and CO2 are generated as by-products of the process.
Fermentation Tanks typically have the following essential components:
- oval manway on the tank cover, 440x310 mm, PED,
- safety valves (overpressure and vacuum),
- removable CIP tube with spray ball, butterfly valve (option),
- additional connection 3/8"on the removable CIP tube, with ball valve,
- pressure gauge,
- level indicator,
- racking port, racking pipe (option), butterfly valve (option),
- sample valve,
- welded thermometer well (additional equipment for temperature regulation available as
option: temperature regulator, connecting module, regulation valves),
- bottom drain port, butterfly valve (option).
