Malt milling system Malt miller with the capacity 100kg/h, 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 800kg/h and 1000kg/h.
Stainless steel 304 cover of the rolling crusher and alloy adjustable roller.

As per the layout, flexible auger will transfer the milled malt to the mash tun.

Motor of the miller and auger can be designed locally.
Brewhouse system Insulated mash tun, lauter tun, boiling kettle and whirlpool tun, or combined vessels.
Domed top design for the bigger small size vessels, conical top design for bigger size.

SUS304 for all the vessels, and copper cladding is also available.

Agitator for the mashing, rake system for the lauter, milled false bottom and tangent inlet design.
Independent control panel for the brew house system, PID or penumatic valves control.

Supplementary instruction

Heating method: The mashing system match with heating device for the wort mashing process under different temper stage. Different heating method are optional, including the steam heating, electric heating, direct fire heating etc .

Cooling method: The refrigeration unit working efficiently to keep continuous glycol liquid recycle among the glycol tanks, the fermentation tank cooling belts, the heat plate exchanger and the pipelines. The different temperature cooling stage requirement during beer brewing process can be accomplished by the useful heat changing recycle of glycol liquid, tap water and hot wort.

2. Heating method: electric heating.

3. Fermentation period follows the common craft requirement.

4. Whole brewing plant, filling plant will be added if customer needs.
