This 700L complete of DEGONG Factory Beer Making Equipment is special designed for the micro brewery, brewpub, restaurant, beer bar, home brewing, brewery, hotel beer brewing, craft beer brewery...This set of brewing system including 6 systems, which including malt milling system, mashing system, fermentation system, refrigerating system, CIP system, controlling system. All the tanks can be used by SUS 304/316, red copper,all the material are customized.
Malt crushing equipment used disc type mill or roller mill.The size of particle can be adjusted.

Heating method can be steam heating, electric heating and direct fire heating.
For 700L mash system, we recommend mash/lauter tun, boiling/whirlpool tun and hot water tank.
700L mash/lauter tun
Mash is an important factor that affects the composition of wort, and the composition of wort is one of the important factors that affect beer fermentation, beer filtration performance and taste stability. In the mash tun the grist is mixed with brewing water from hot water tank to form the mash. In the lauter tun the wort is seperated from the solids.
700L boiling/whirlpool tun
Boiling tun is used for wort boiling. Attention! Hops are added to boiling wort.Hops are added in the first 5 minutes to reduce oxygen content, and hops are added in the last 5 minutes to increase the taste. Whirlpool is created by circulating the wort. The solids consist of protein and the hops roughage.Once the wort stops rotating the cooling process is initiated(yeast pitching).
700L hot water tank
It can improve the mash efficiency. Many customers can be choose.

Exterior shell: 304 stainless steel, thickness 2mm
Interior and exterior finish bright polish to 0.6μm, hygiene surface
60 degree cone bottom, other angles can be specified during the design process
Combined drain extensions and beer port in cone are standard
25% headspace, unless a different volume is requested
Top or side manway door
Dual zone in sidewall and cone dimple cooling jacket with glycol inlet and outlet
Polyurethane insulation thickness 80mm for cooling jacket on side and bottom
Fully welded exterior shell
Non welding CIP arm and rotating 360 degree reach spray ball
Ice water solenoid valve, pressure relief valve (safe valve) are standard
Pressure gauge, Temperature probe,Sanitary sample valve,mechanical regulator valve,raking arm and port
All clamps and gaskets to attach all accessories
Tank complete with piping, fittings, sanitary valves and all parts.
Carbonation port is available for special request (stone not included)
Fermentation tank details
Cooling system: Beer production cooling system generally use the liquid ammonia refrigeration compressor unit and the refrigerant tank for the temperature reducing
CIP system: CIP mobile washing disinfection system, automaticalty clean and remove residues, it can prevent microbial contamination, and avoid the influence between batches.
Control system: This system includs crushing,mash, fermentation, filtering, CIP, cooling, packaging and other auxiliary control system.
Yeast propagation system: This system can realize the zero generation of yeast to expand training, and cultivate a purebred yeast, robust.

Process: CO2 prepare pressure→fill water→exhaust→pre-coat coarse diatomite→pump the beer and diatomite mixed liquor→recycling→filter beer production→finish→push the beer→discharge the diatomite→cleaning→update diatomite
