Introduction to fermentation tank:

The fermentation tank is a container for converting the original wort into beer. As you can see from the photo, they are cylindrical. They have a 45-60° cone that promotes the precipitation of solids after fermentation: dead yeast, protein, hops and healthy yeast. 

This is to effectively clarify the beer.This is one of the time-consuming aspects of the brewing process. The fermentation of ale will last 7-14 days, while the fermentation of lager will last 21-35 days. You need to set up adequate fermentation equipment and be ready to store and monitor the progress of the beer.

  • Polishing: Polishing is very important for fermentation tanks. Both the inside and outside of the storage tank should be polished as a whole.

    Our polishing system includes automatic and semi-automatic polishing machines and manual polishing.

    Each sink is polished three times, and the key parts are polished again.
