This Fermentation Tank is widely applied in beer production line.Mainly used for beer fermenting.It can be used as both fermentation tank and storage tank.According to different fermenting request, the structure of fermenting tanks could be designed accordingly.
General speaking, the fermentation tanks/fermentors have dished heads, cone bottom, polyurethane insulation layer, dimple cooling jacket and all matched valves and pipes.

Jacketed Conical Fermenters
DEGONG' 30 bbl jacketed fermenter tanks have a 930 gallon working volume with 25% head space for approximately 1162.5 gallons total volume.
Fermenters come standard with a 3mm thick SS304 tank body with glycol dimple jacket and 2 mm SS304 clad layer.
Each tank has a 60 degree cone, adjustable legs with oversize feet, shadowless side manway, custom racking arm, custom CIP pipe with sprayball, and a 2 in. drain.
The 30 bbl jacketed conical fermenter comes with a 1 year warranty and includes all valves, clamps, gaskets, thermometer, thermowell, pressure gauge, sample valve, and a second thermowell welded into the tank body. The design pressure is 0.3Mpa and working pressure is 0.15Mpa. Stainless Steel SS316 body & custom designs available
