Fermentation, bright beer tanks and beer serving tanks produced by DEGONG are double jacketed, cooled, insulated by 100 mm of polyurethane and equipped with all needed accessories for successful beer fermentation. Our fermentation tanks produced as “Uni Tanks” and can be used as bright beer tanks also. Manholes can be side or up located according to the customer wishes.
Our fermentation and bright beer tanks have two separate cooling zones at cylinder and the cone of the tanks.

Fermentation Tanks

DEGONG fermentation tank are welded with 100%TIG and polished to Ra≤0.4. Our cooling jacket covers all the tank, including cylinder and conical bottom. Two-stage cooling dimple jacket at cylinder and conical bottom improves the cooling effect, which ensures maximum efficiency. Our fermentation tank can be customized according to the actual situation of the customer. When designing the tank, we will consider all factors for the customer, such as the height of the room, the size of the space and so on, so as to ensure that the tank can not only produce the best beer, but also suitable for the customer's existing site.

Fermentation tank Features:

• Racking port and discharge port with butterfly valve and fittings

• Dual zone dimple cooling jacket with glycol inlet and outlet (3 zone for larger tank)

• Polyurethane insulation thickness 2” for cooling jacket on side and bottom

Bright beer tank

We offer horizontal lagering tanks in individual and stackable options. We can adjust port locations and clocking to better utilize space and run glycol piping. We offer options such as stainless dry hop funnels, uni-tank configurations and brite tank racking arms upon request. If you can dream it, we can do it.
