A completed brewing system contains six parts:malt milling system,beer brewhouse.fermenting system,cooling system,control system and CIP system.Each system can be configured differently depending on customer requirement or production plan. Among them, the two most important systems are the beer brewhouse and the fermentation tank, and the other systems are configured according to the configuration of the beer brewhouse and the fermentation system.
Beer brewhouse configuration
The beer brewhouse is the most complex system in the whole brewing system.The whole saccharification process is divided into four steps,which is mashing,lautering,boiling and whirlpool.All different configuration are combined freely based on the four steps,such as 2-vessel beer brewhouse(mash/lauter tank+boiling/whirlpool tank) or 3-vessel beer brewhouse(mash tank+lauter tank+boiling/whirlpool tank),steam heating or direct fire heating or electric heating..........
For 2000L beer brewhouse,we usually adpot 3-vesse beer brewhouse with steam heating.
Mashing is the mixing of wort and hot water so that an insoluble substance becomes soluble under the action of enzymes. The saccharification could be infusion mash or decoction mash.
Proper filtration is key to achieving the brew you desire. When the mash is pumped into the lauter tun, the sweet wort is then separated from the grain husks.The wort can then be transferred to the kettle while sparging removes any residual sugars to be collected. An adjustable height raking machine keeps the bed from collapsing allowing for a quick vorlauf and collection while maintaining your desired clarity.
After filtration, the wort is boiled and sterilized. Hops are added during the boiling process to add flavor and bitterness to the beer.After boiling, the wort is transferred into a whirlpool to remove any protein present. During this stage, any malt or hop particles are removed to leave a liquid that is ready to be cooled, aerated, and fermented.

Fermenter with an average 25% head Space. All tank have a Dish top , Cylinder body & 60 /75° Cone Bottom . Certified stainless steel material for all tanks, with 100% TIG welded joints and seams with sanitary interior polish. Dimple Plate jacket for Glycol cooling & high efficient Polyurethane foam insulated. All tanks use Tri-clamp connections, are designed for up to 14.7 PSI and tested at 30 PSI. We can custom fabricate any tank to meet your brewery’s space and height restrictions.

Component: It is consisted of Shadowless manhole, spunding valve, Aseptic valve, Pressure gauge, Rotate racking arm, Butterfly valve, Solenoid valve and etc.
Material: Stainless steel 304 or 316,or red copper
Cooling method: dimple plate or glycol cooling jacket around tank.
Cooling media: glycol water or alcohol water.
Design pressure is 0.3MPa; Working pressure is 0.15MPa.( Our standard design, MPa can be customized).
