A completed brewing system contains six parts:malt milling system,beer brewhouse.fermenting system,cooling system,control system and CIP system.Each system can be configured differently depending on customer requirement or production plan. Among them, the two most important systems are the beer brewhouse and the fermentation tank, and the other systems are configured according to the configuration of the beer brewhouse and the fermentation system.

We have some of the quickest lead times in the industry along with a huge inventory of tanks between 3-90 BBL in stock.

Brewhouse assembly adopted with three vessels: Mash/Kettle, Lauter tun and Whirpool tun.Steam heating method is better for its stablity and effciency.All of the tank will have separate steam jacket in order to improve tanks’s using efficiency and adopted with working platform for operating.

We manufacture and supply brewhouse sizes from 50L to 20000L based on customer’s demand. Our brewery equipment is turn-key and consist of mill system, mash system, fermentation system, cooling system, cleaning system (CIP), control system and accessories.
