Most brewery installation in restaurants, bars and hotels used microbrewery. A network of restaurants uses brewery equipment with higher capacity. DEGONG breweries are installing at the customer's company turnkey. The beer brewing system is designed as a brewing room with 3 containers, namely Mash tun / Lauter tun, Kettle / Whirlpool tun and hot water tank.
3-vessel (mash/lauter tun + boiling/whirlpool tun + hot water tank we recommend)
It can be also 4-vessel (mash tun + lauter tun + boiling tun + whirlpool tun)

Cooling Unit
Insulated glycol water tank with or without copper coil for glycol liquid holding and mixing
Efficiency chillers or refrigerators with fryon to supply cooling energy
Sanitary centrifugal pump for glycol water recycle among tanks and heat exchanger
All pipes, fitting, insulation materials are included
Controlling Unit
Electrical controlling cabinet with temperature, on-off controlling for brewhouse
Electrical controlling cabinet with temperature, on-off controlling for cooling parts
Temperature controller, thermocouple, solenoid valves etc are included
PLC with touch screen panel for special request
CIP unit
Cleaning through this system ensure consistent hygiene in the processing plant throughout the production. Our CIP systems are wisely integrated with excellent heat exchangers and recuperation tanks for economical cleaning of plants.

CO2 prepare pressure→fill water→exhaust→pre-coat coarse diatomite→pump the beer and diatomite mixed liquor→recycling→filter beer production→finish→push the beer→discharge the diatomite→cleaning→update diatomite
