This complete of DEGONG Factory Beer Making Equipment is special designed for the micro brewery, brewpub, restaurant, beer bar, homebrewing, brewery, hotel beer brewing, craft beer brewery...This set of brewing system including 6 systems, which including malt milling system, mashing system, fermentation system, refrigerating system, CIP system, controlling system. All the tanks can be used by SUS 304/316, red copper,all the material are customized.

Here is about 800L(7BBL) beer brewery equipment configuration:
Structure: 2-vessel, 3-vessel, 4-vessel... can be combined.
Heating method: steam heating, electric heating, ditrct fire heating.
Operation platform with the workstation on it.
Thickness of inner shell, outer shell and jacket is separately 3.0mm, 3.0mm and 2.0mm.
Glass manhole at the top of the brewhouse tanks. (Logo of brewery can be printed on it freely)
ABB variable frequency pump; Siemen motors for the raker and blender
Equipping chute for removing the spent grain from the lauter easily
With sight glass, wort pump, hot water pump, raker, fasle bottom.

Mash system details
Control method: Temperature control, voltage-controlled and hand automatic control
Alternative manholes: Lateral manhole or top manhole. Racking arm is theoretical necessary.
Conical fermenter with 60 degree conical angle.
Working pressure: 1.5-2 bar; Design pressure: 3 bar
With CIP pipe at the side to wash out tank thoroughly.
Thickness is same as the brewhouse system
Insulation: 80mm polyurethane (Polyurethane Thickness depends on the capacity of fermentation tank)
All components are included. Such as breather valve, mechanical regulation valve, pipes, hop adding hole, thermometer, Temperature probe(PT100), Sample valve, etc...

Control system includes 2 types of control method: Fully automatic and VFD control method.
1).VFD control method: Control the fermenter and brite beer tank and brewhouse by temperature.
2). Fully automatic control method means all things is automatic. sush as the valves are all pneumatic, The raker and blender of the lauter tun and kettle can be hydraulic control, the milling system(miller and malt conveyor) is also automatic.
