The compact Brewhouse section consists of two universal apparatus: Mashing-Lautering tun (M-F) and Kettle-Whirlpool tun (K-W). Both devices are able for heating.Such combination of brewing vessels allows to reduce the pressure on the wort, by reducing the number of transfers from one apparatus to another

A two vessel brewhouse in its basic configuration. With a hot water tank the unit will allow one to two brews per day.
The mash/lauter tun with a wedge wired filter plate offers 12 % filtration area. The stir/blade direction and speed can be adjusted, spent grain can be achieved from side.
