Do you know the beer brewing prrogress?

1.Malt milling

Although milling is a simple mechanical process, the degree of milling is very important for the biochemical changes of saccharification, the components of wort, the filtration speed, raw materials and utilization rate.

 

2.Cooking&mashing

Cooking is add the crushed rice and warm water to the cooking tank.At a certain temperature (45℃), starch in water swelling、division, forming a uniform paste solution, and turning into a liquefied complete liquid.Then add them to the mashing tank to mash together will malt.

 

3.Lautering

After mashing,pump wort to lauter tank and separate wort from malt suger,get clear wort

 

4. Boiling

The wort is transferred to the boiling kettle, hops are added and heated to boil for 1 hour to stabilize the ingredients of the wort and dissolve the aroma, bitterness and various active ingredients in the wort.

 

5. Wort cooling

Wort flow into plate heat exchanger, cooling to required fermentation temperature, then add yeast to ferment.

 

6. Fermentation

Transport cooled wort to fermentation tank to ferment after adding yeast and sterile air. Fermentation is to convert maltose in wort into carbon dioxide through the effect of yeast and produce various flavor substances . After a certain period of fermentation, it becomes a mature fermentation liquid, also known as "fresh beer".

 

7. Diatomite filter

After fermentation and maturity, remove yeast and large molecular protein in the fermentation liquid after centrifugation and multiple filtration.the yeast and are removed to become crystal and clear alcohol. After sterilization and mature beer, it can be canned.

 

8.Packing

In order to maintain the quality of beer and reduce the influence of ultraviolet rays, brown or dark green glass bottles are generally used. Filling beer in bottles according to cleaning& filing& capping 3-in-1 machine,then pasteurized and sterilized, labeled and packaged.
