7 BBL Beer Brite Tank

Beer brite tanks are often also called serving tanks, bright beer tanks (=BBTs) or clear beer tanks (=CBTs) or maturation or conditioning tanks. These tanks are used for the storage of the beer prior to being served or packaged. Depending on their application the beer serving tanks can be glycol jacketed or can be located in a cold room.For brewpubs serving is often done by pumping or pressurizing the beer toward the serving location.

Our standard 7BBL double wall jacketed beer brite tanks are made of food grade SUS304 stainless steel,  we can make it based on 316 or red copper material if you have special requirements. If you have a limited space or limited ceiling height, we are available to design the brite tank with special dimension to fit your building. And the horizontal brite tanks are available as well.

A bright or brite beer tank has a specific function in the brewing process. Its purpose is to be a storage tank where beer is kept for testing and analysis. When the brew in a bright / brite tank is deemed acceptable and fits the recipe description, the beer is packaged into units before consumption.

It might seem like the ideal job to test the flavor, aroma, and taste of the beer stored in brite tanks, but it is a serious profession. The taste of the beer must be exceptional and the body and color of the beer must be analytically sound. When the beer inside a brite tank is designated acceptable and released for packaging, the brewery team in charge of the bottling or keg line is able to package the beer from the brite tank.
