Interior and exterior finish bright polish to 0.6μm

Design Pressure: 1.5bar Test Pressure: 3.0bar

Heat Insulation: Polyurethane Foaming Insulation, with the thickness 80mm
Internal and external surfaces shall be clean and polished, and internal surface shall be 2B base metal to 0.6um
According to the specification of tank types, the corresponding specification and model of sanitary clamp joint would be equipped;
Equipped with vacuum valve / pressure relief valve, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, sampling valve, lifting lug, side or top maintenance manhole, all-round equipment cleaning CIP nozzle with 360 degree;
Equipped with the double inlet and double outlet glycol cooling pipe;

Why is the cone bottom of the fermentation tank 60°?

1. With cone bottom, it is more convenient to recover yeast after main fermentation is completed, and the yeast strain used should have good cohesion. The angle of the cone bottom is usually between 60-90 degrees, which is conducive to the sedimentation and discharge of yeast.

2. The tank body is equipped with a cooling interlayer, and the cooling capacity can meet the process cooling requirements. The cylinder part of the tank is equipped with 2-3 cooling jackets, which is conducive to the sedimentation of the yeast and can keep the yeast activity well when it is reused.

3. The conical tank is airtight and can recover CO2; it can be used as a fermentation tank as well as bright beer tank.
