| Production introduction |
Distillation equipment is the result of continuous innovating and developing based on our experience of brewery equipment manufacturing. DEGONG distillation equipment can be used to make fruit wine, whiskey, vodka, gin, tequila, rum, brandy and other distilled spirits. All systems have the characteristics of small and medium size, automatic control, easy operation and beautiful outlook. The equipment is suitable for small and medium sized workshops, hotels etc.
Pot Still:
1. Material: stainless steel/ red copper / stainless steel with red copper
2.Assembled with agitator
Column:
1.Material: copper/ stainless steel
2.Reflux control valve
3.Sight glass, CIP and thermometer at every plate.
4. Material of condenser: stainless steel/red copper/stainless still with red copper
The max alcohol concentration can reach 92%-95%.
Heating way: electric elements with oil/water jacket, also direct fire or steam heating is ok if you need.
Boiler
We can supply apple shape and dish top and bottom shape
Goose neck

To improve flavor and extend the function of your system.
4 plates or 16 plates distillation column
it consists of red copper column, bubble cap, down comers, bubble plate, red copper screw. we can tailor the height and plate number for your need, the max height of column can reach 2000mm.
Bubble caps and trays
All the bubble caps and screws are made of T2 grade red copper and the screw designed by our company without no dead corner.
We have 6 sizes bubble caps: DN26/DN38/DN45/DN52/DN65/DN76
Dephlegmator
A reflux condenser at the top of the column that sends vapor back to the still pot. And the material is red copper or SUS 304 with flange connection.
Condenser
A heat exchanger in which hot vapors are cooled down and condensed into liquid. Structural tube type exchanger with cooling water inlet and outlet.
Parrot outlet
we can supply different shape of outlet to meet your request.
Column support
All support are made of stainless steel, we can do different shape according to your need.
CIP pump and pipe fittings
All SUS 304 pipe fittings with ex-proof centrifugal pump( UL, CSA, CE certificate). We supply hand valve and automatic valve option.
Control Panel:Material of control box is stainless steel 304 or plastic option;
Suitable Voltage:208/220/240V single phase 60Hz,Which can adjust the heating temperature by module.
Parrot spout with high sanitary glass cover, top is copper lid, direct to open, bottom with valve.
