To make the best beer possible, the brew house is the key. Our Brewhouse can fulfill various brewing technologies, variable tastes or specific capacities.From 100L-10000L.1HL-100HL,1BBL-100BBL, or even larger for customers. 20bbl brewing system comes in 3-vessel brewhouse configurations,which is: Mashing tun(MT)-Lautering tun (LT) and Kettle-Whirlpool tun (K-W). Such combination of brewing vessels allows to reduce the pressure on the wort, by reducing the number of transfers from one apparatus to another
1.20BBL 3-Vessel Brewhouse/beer mashing system
3-vessels brewhouse has many different combination form. Such as: Mash/Lauter tank,Kettle tank and Whirlpool tank; Mash tank, Lauter tank and Kettle/Whirlpool tank;Mash/Kettle tank, Lauter tank and Whirlpool tank. If you want to brew over one shift per day, 3-vessels brewhouse will be your expected one. Steam heating is the most common for 3-vessels brewhouse. Surely you can also choose a burner to do direct fire heating.
2.20BBL Fermentation tank
Without a proper fermentation tank, you won’t be able to make beer, especially not beer of a decent quality. You won’t be able to control airflow, measure gravity, remove yeast, or retrieve the beer. Thus, one of the most important tools for crafting great beer is a great fermentation tank. We have designed and installed stackable fermenters, brite tanks and serving tanks. These systems save space, take advantage of available clearance and look incredibly appealing to brewery goers.
Tanks are consisted of shadowless manhole, pressure relief valve, apunding valve,sample valve, pressure gauge, temperature sensor,carbonation stone,rotating racking arm, butterfly valve, solenoid valve and etc. It is the third part of beer brewing equipment for restaurant.
