Our 15-barrel steam beer brewhouse is an excellent choice for medium to large beer bars. Both the mash room and the fermenter can be semi-batched, producing only 7.5 barrels, so it's easy to make small amounts of beer to keep the brand rolling over at the bar.

Our fermenters are custom made for craft breweries of all sizes. They are built for sanitary construction from 304 stainless steel; 60° cones with fully rotating racking arm assemblies come standard, along with dry hop ports and separate CIP and blowoff downpipes. The outlet of the tank comes with a fully removable port to make yeast cake removal easier, and all tanks are fully jacketed and insulated for glycol cooling. We also stock fermenters in 10, 30 & 60 BBL volumes, ready to ship.
