1200L Micro brewery system is typically applied to breweries that are much smaller than large-scale corporate breweries and are independently owned. Such breweries are generally characterized by their emphasis on flavor and brewing technique. We offer a Microbrewery (mini brewery) with the productivity of 1000L (10 hl) to 5000L (50hl) per brew. The service includes: complete set of microbrewery equipment, installation turn key, recipes and technology of branded beers and more. Microbrewery comes complete "turnkey" The performance of your Microbrewery (Brewery and mini brewery), if necessary, can be increased in the future.
Brewhouse unit(3-vessel Mash/Lauter tun + Boiling/Whirlpool tun +Hot water tank)
1. Dry, wet or both dry and wet milling in order to maximize your malt usage.
2. Hygienic design for efficient cleaning
3. Optimized spray geometry to avoid mash flotation
4.Precise and easy adjustment of the crushing roller gap
We offer but are not limited to: 2, 3, 4 and 5 vessel Brewhouse Systems (Amount of vessels can also be custom made)
