​The washing and filling can be realized in this machine. There are two heads, one is for washing, the other is for filling.

500L brewpub beer equipment is different in different model,for example,when using the two vessls types,mash/lauter tun share one tank,the kettle and whirlpool tun are in same tank. we also have three vessels,the more tanks with more production,the brewing batches be reach to 3-4 batches per day.

Our commercial mash tuns utilize several design tricks to improve work-flow. In addition to the control advantages, the height of the mash tun was purposely designed to fit above a selection of grain collection containers, for easy transportation of spent grain via forklift or pallet jack.

Mashing is the process of combining the milled grain and hot water, heating this mixture to different temperatures to achieve step mashing in a vessel called a "mash tun".
To save cost, the wort lautering process will also be processed in this "mash tun", so we also called it as “mash/lauter tank”.
After lautering, the clear wessort will be transferred to Kettle/Whirlpool tun for wort boiling.
After 1-1.5 hour wort boiling, the wort will process whirlpooling for 30 mins, the wort will be cooled immediately by heat exchanger and go to fermenter for fermentation.

It is convenient for operation and no extra machine is required, which will help to save a lot of your investment at beginning. So the electric brewing systems are more suitable for the brewmaster who just start his own brewing business.
