DEGONG beer equipments are custom-built to fit each brewer’s individual need. Our sales and design teams work with you on everything from defining your optimal brewery layout to designing the size and setup of your brewhouse and tanks. Most importantly, every brewhouse is built with 304 stainless steel and uses ABB motors, so they are as durable and hard-working as you are. Every brewhouse goes through a comprehensive quality control inspection before it leaves our facility, where everything, including the inside of the piping, is inspected.

Fermenter is also called CCT (Cylindrical Conical Tank), FV (Fermentation Vessel), primary fermentor or unitank as they are used both for fermenting and lagering. Fermenting is the process during which the yeast transforms the wort into beer. Lagerings takes place after fermenting and is the time given to the beer to stabilize and age after fermenting.

Beer fermenter is made of high quality stainless steel, using dished head, cylindrical tank, 60° cone bottom, Maitreya honeycomb punching jacket welding, refrigerant inlet and outlet, safety valve, sampling valve, temperature control, sanitary manhole, CIP cleaning Interface, wort import, yeast export, which can meet the various process needs of craft beer.

600L brewing equipment is mainly composed by malt miller, brew house, fermentation tank, bright beer tank, beer storage tank, other auxiliary machine , cooling equipment, controller and all needed pumps, pipelines, valves etc. The complete set of the equipment is advanced designed, well-made. The main tank adopt top class sus304, inner polishing reach 0.6μm, 304 2B for the outer surface. The whole process of beer making is semi-automatic controlled.

Fermentor We use a mechanical exhaust device, play a positive pressure relief pressure protection; fermentor top we have installed positive and negative pressure protection device, when the positive pressure relief pressure relief also play a role; a fermenter double security effect. at the same time the top of the mechanical components can also play a negative pressure protection, can effectively prevent the negative pressure inside the tank caused by misuse, to prevent tank damage;
When the tank for thermal cleaning, we can close the nozzle, the fermentation tank inside does not form a negative pressure, while the tank interior is more difficult to dye bacteria.

The brewhouse is three vessels which includes mash tun, lauter tun and kettle/whirlpool tun. One double size hot water tank and cold water tank comes with the brewhouse which are designed in one work plateform together with other vessels. The whole brewhouse system is heated by gas burner. This directly fired device is designed for mash tun, kettle and hot water tank. Pipe manifold, hopback, vfd pump are standarded including. There is one sink tank on top of the plateform. It can supply hot water and cold water for washing and wort testing happens here too when flowing from lauter tun to kettle.
