Craft Microbrewery is based on the absorption of the foreign technology and innovate. All the parts are made of stainless steel 304(pipeline and inside and outside of tanks are polished very well). In the production process, we will make a very strict inspection on welding. The quality of our products reaches the first class in China.

Fermenter available from 1 Barrel to 100 Barrels with an average 25% Head Space. All tank have a Dish top , cylinder body & 60 /70° Cone Bottom. Certified stainless steel material for all tanks, with 100% TIG welded joints and seams with sanitary interior polish. Dimple plate jacket for glycol cooling & high efficient polyurethane foam insulated. All tanks use Tri-clamp connections,are designed for up to 14.7 PSI and tested at 30 PSI. We can custom fabricate any tank to meet your brewery’s space and height restrictions.

Brewhouse is various in combination of vessels, of course to achieve the same four steps mashing, lautering, boiling, whirlpool, by special brewing intentions of brewer including wort output, wort gravity, sparging water, brews in certain time, brewing method etc.
3-vessels brewhouse has many different combination form. Such as: mash/lauter tank, boiling tank and whirlpool tank; mash tun, lauter tun and boiling/whirlpool tank;
mash/boiling tank, Lauter tank and Whirlpool tank. If you want to brew over one shift per day, 3-vessels brewhouse will be your expected one. Steam heating is the most common for 3-vessels brewhouse. Surely you can also choose electric heatng or direct fire heating.
