This 10 bbl brewing system comes in multi-vessel configurations, with brew kettle and mash tun included.
The beer fermentation tank is used in the fermentation stage of beer equipment, and adopts dimple jacket and polyurethane for heat preservation. The fermentation tank is made of stainless steel SUS304 material. The tank is equipped with an overpressure and vacuum protection safety valve, and an adjustable beer outlet.
Our commercial mash tuns utilize several design tricks to improve work-flow. In addition to the control advantages, the height of the mash tun was purposely designed to fit above a selection of grain collection containers, for easy transportation of spent grain via forklift or pallet jack.
