3000l brewery equipment is big for craft beer business. It is usually equipped with 6000L fermentation tank and it is also usually fill kegs, cans and bottles. So that it can sell to different market and doesn’t need a big filling line.
We strongly recommend cold water tank and double layers head for fermenter. This really help save much money, due to it brews much and it usually stores for long time.
For brewhouse, 4 vessels brewhouse is most recommend. It is easy to brew 2 batches or 3 batches per day. Increase production capacity easily.

mash/boiling tank, Lauter tank and Whirlpool tank. If you want to brew over one shift per day, 3-vessels brewhouse will be your expected one. Steam heating is the most common for 3-vessels brewhouse. Surely you can also choose electric heatng or direct fire heating.
