Specifically, beer is made from these four primary ingredients:
Grain (mostly malted barley but also other grains)
Hops (grown in many different varieties)
Yeast (responsible for fermentation; based on style-specific strains)
Water (accounts for up to 95 percent of beer's content)

7.5BBL/900L beer mashing system:
Material: sus304/316 or red copper
Combination: mash/lauter tun+boiling/whirlpool tun or mash/lauter tun+boiling/whirlpool tun+hot water tank
Heating of beer mashing system: steam heating, electric heating and direct fire heating
Beer fermenter material: sus304/316

A commercial brewery is focus on regional market. The capacity request is not so high than macro breweries. Their beers are always sold on shelf in bottle or canning. These products enable systematic execution of milling, mashing, fermentation, filtration, filling and other related processes. 600L brewhouse system is a vessel used in the mashing process to convert the starches in crushed grains into sugars for fermentation. Steam Mash Tuns are insulated to maintain a constant temperature. The Mash Tun can be single-function or can also have a false bottom and spigot so that the sparging process can be done in the same vessel. Steam jacket design will allow The systems are designed to do both decoction mashing and infusion mashing. The mashing tun/kettle is made out of stainless steel or copper.
