About heating method:
As known to all: brewhouse system heating method have three method,including steam heated, electric heated and direct fire heated.
Steam heated: It is one of the most stable and efficient heating methods. The equipment is equipped with a steam jacket and a steam boiler is also provided. (Steam boiler: electric boiler, diesel boiler, gas boiler)But in some countries the use of boilers is very strict, so we recommend electric heating.
Electric heating: The equipment is heated by electric heating pipes. But Electric heating is not recommended for equipment over 1 ton.
Direct fire heating:There is a boiler under the mash tun to burn gas or coal. Now the direct fire heating equipment mainly burns gas. In foreign countries, the price of steam generators is extremely high, in order to reduce equipment purchases instead of direct fire heating.
