The brewery has been optimized in dimension : the whirlpool tank is located just underneath the lauter tun, to save space, giving at the same time the possibility to work on 3 independent vessels.It is designed with a mash/kettle tun, a lauter tun, a Whirlpool tun and a cooling exchanger. A PLC is controlling the production process.
Suitable for the production of any types of beer, this Brewhouse is user-friendly, simple to operate and requires no extra layout when being moved or replaced. The wort recirculation process inside the wall under the level of the liquid and the transfers from the lower part, limiting the possibility of oxidation of the wort, together with the lautering performed in an independent tun, guarantee the high efficiency of this brewhouse.

The structure of our brewhouses are custom designed and built to order and to your specific floor plan and brewing process needs. All the tanks certified stainless steel material for all tanks, with 100% TIG welded joints and seams with sanitary interior polish. All tanks use Tri-clamp connections.
