Bright beer tank with 2000 liters of nominal capacity, with horizontal/vertical orientation and PUR insulation, to be cooled with water or glycol water.According to accessories choosed, the tank can be used for secondary fermentation under pressure (maturation) or to final conditioning of alcoholic beverages (carbonization, filtration, pasteurization, flavoring with ingrediences like hops or herbs) before their bottling, filling into kegs or cans.

Standard equipment :
Overpressure setting mechanism from 0 bar up to 3 bar (or more according to customer requirements)
Cooling zones – duplicators for circulation of coolant (glycol or water)
PUR insulation – thickness corresponding to the size of the tank and the environment
Stainless steel outer jacket – with the customer selected surface finishing
Guaranteed inner surface roughness of Ra = 0.6 microns or less
Top manway or side manway according to customer’s requirement
Outlet / inlet for flow of beer or cider
Outlet / inlet for dosing and discharge of yeast
360° spraying ball – for cleaning and sanitation of the tank
Full sanitary metallic sealed sampling valve
