Fermentation system

Beer fermentation is a complex biochemical and material transformation process. The main metabolites and fermentation by-products of yeast:-Ethanol and CO2. And other substances. These fermentation products determine various physical and chemical properties of beer, such as flavor, foam, color and stability, and give beer with typical characteristics.

First, fermentation system include: fermentation tank(FV), bright beer tank(BBT), adding yeast tank and other accessories.

Second, about fermentation tank, which function: wort fermentation or maturation. Fermenter tank is also called CCT (Cylindrical Conical Tank), FV (Fermentation Vessel), primary fermentor or unitank as they are used both for fermenting and lagering. Fermenting is the process during which the yeast transforms the wort into beer. Lagerings takes place after fermenting and is the time given to the beer to stabilize and age after fermenting.
