1500L/ 2000L all malt breweries are generally characterized by their emphasis on flavor and brewing technique. We offer a brewery with the productivity of 1000L (10 hl) to 5000L (50hl) per brew. The service includes: complete set of beer brewery equipment, installation turn key, recipes and technology of branded beers, staff training and more. Brewery comes complete "turnkey" The performance of your brewery ,if necessary, can be increased in the future.
The malt is ground in a grain grinder, and the oatmeal is manually introduced through the inspection port. The malt can be dissolved well after being crushed. The quality of the grinding plays an important role in the composition of the wort in the wort, wort filtration and raw material utilization.
Mash/Lauter tun
Mash is an important factor that affects the composition of wort, and the composition of wort is one of the important factors that affect beer fermentation, beer filtration performance and taste stability. In the mash tun the grist is mixed with brewing water from hot water tank to form the mash. In the lauter tun the wort is seperated from the solids.
Boiling /whirlpool tun
Kettle is used for wort boiling. Attention! Hops are added to boiling wort.Hops are added in the first 5 minutes to reduce oxygen content, and hops are added in the last 5 minutes to increase the taste.
Whirlpool is created by circulating the wort. The solids consist of protein and the hops roughage.Once the wort stops rotating the cooling process is initiated(yeast pitching)
Hot water tank
Some customers will also choose hot water tanks to improve saccharification efficiency.

Cylinder(sharp type,),thickness:2.0mm.
Inner surface treatment: welds grinded to Ra 0.6µm.
Insulation: Polyurethane-thickness 100 mm.

With ABB motor, operation platform, plate heat exchange(PHE), wort pump, sight glass, high quality false bottom, four legs and adjustable foot.

Fermentation unit
The fermentation of beer is a complex process, mainly divided into two stages: aerobic respiration and anaerobic respiration. Aerobic respiration is to increase the value of yeast, and anaerobic respiration is to produce ethanol and CO2. The main metabolites of yeast are ethanol and CO2.Fermentation products affect the flavor, foam, color and stability of beer, and at the same time endow beer with its typical characteristics.
Fermentation tank unit parameters

Surface: Finish 2B – cold-rolled, annealed, pickled

Insulation: Polyurethane-thickness 100 mm.
