The beer filling machine is a fully automatic counterpressure rinser-filler-capper system capable of up to 1,000 bottles per hour for 330ml containers, designed for glass bottles, aluminium cans, and aluminium bottles. After filling, bottles move to the capping station, where crown corks, screw caps, or other closures are applied. The system is driven by servo motors with PLC and touchscreen HMI for synchronized, precise operation. Stainless steel construction and hygienic design allow easy cleaning and reliable production.
