1500L Two Vessel Beer Brewing Equipment Finished Production
One complete set of 1500L customized for a customer finished production.
According to the customer's requirements, the brewhouse was made with two vessel structure: Mash/Lauter/Whirlpool Tun + Kettle. It consist of a combined vessel of Mash / Lauter Tun on top and Whirlpool Tun on bottom, and another vessel of Brew kettle, which can also be used as Hot liquor tank.
Compared with the two vessel + HLT, this structure will help to save some money for you.

1.Mash/lauter tun:
Material: SUS 304;
Inner-Jacket TH=:3.0mm; External-Jacket TH=2.0mm;
Insulation layer: PU-thickness: 100mm;
Lauter tank equipped with plow knife (raker knife with scraping plate); Raker motor;
Top manhole: round glass manhole; Side grain outdoor with grain chute;
Easy-clean and detachable Sparging sprayring
Laser cutting T-wires false bottom (filter);
Filter way: Suction filtration by speed controlled pump;
Flat base, with wort collection tube and underflush system
Equipped with balance tank and grain out dustpan;
360° coverage CIP spraying ball;
