Gerneral Introduction:

The keg cleaning machine we supply has three type for customers option. One is with one cleaning head and one is with two cleaning head and the other is with four head.

Kegs shall be placed manually inside the cleaning port which is on the work table in the status “bottom up” and is locked by a pneumatic plunger automatically. Then cleaning process begins. The cleaning procedures are automated and pneumatic valves were controlled automatically by a PLC. When the cleaning process finishes, the plunger will rise and the keg is to be unloaded from the work table manually.

The cleaner has two cleaning program. One is complete cleaning flows and the other is fast rinsing. For containing draft beer, strict sterile condition of kegs shall be guaranteed. So, complete cleaning process shall be required. For containing beer of fast consumption, simple rinsing will be suitable.
