The saccharification chamber is mainly composed of a saccharification barrel, a filter barrel, a brewing pot and a whirlpool pot. All systems are made of international standard high quality stainless steel 304. The parts inside our machines that come into contact with the mash or other materials are mirror polished and the other parts are matte.
