300L still, an elongated whiskey helmet, specially built distillation column (that further refines the spirit) and a botanical basket, used for vapour infusion in the making of our Gins Apart from the visual appeal, copper plays an essential role in the gin-making process, by reacting with the gin during distillation, removing impurities from the base spirit and botanicals.
DEGONG distillastion equipment, it can be steam or electric heating, interchangable still heads, use as a simple pot still or with the 4 plate rectification column. Includes all fitting, thermometers and hardware, plus reflux condenser, gin basket, mixing paddles and motor for pot stirring. Able to distill Whisky, Rum, Gin and Brandy. We also design and build larger production distilleries and can supply mashing and fermentation equipment as needed.
