The function of mash system is to change the malt into a substance soluble in water, including mash, lauter, kettle, whirlpool. Then, if the wort is clear, it pumped via pipe into fermentation tank for its first fermentation. If the wort is not clear, it needs to be re-filtered. The heating method of mash system can be steam, electric and direct fire. The material of mash system is stainless steel or red copper.

DEGONG design beer machine according to different brewing technology. Capacity from 100L - 5000L beer production machine with several kinds of configuration. Heating source including electric, steam, gas directly fire and other kinds. Material:SUS304 or 316 Stainless steel or red copper. Configuration including two, three, four or five vessel, some special device such as hop back tank, wort grant, wort collection device, back flush device and so on.

The brewhouse is three vessels which includes mash tun, lauter tun and kettle/whirlpool tun. One double size hot water tank and cold water tank comes with the brewhouse which are designed in one work plateform together with other vessels. The whole brewhouse system is heated by gas burner. This directly fired device is designed for mash tun, kettle and hot water tank. Pipe manifold, hopback, vfd pump are standarded including. There is one sink tank on top of the plateform. It can supply hot water and cold water for washing and wort testing happens here too when flowing from lauter tun to kettle.
