The function of mash system is to change the malt into a substance soluble in water, including mash, lauter, kettle, whirpool. Then, if the wort is clear, it pumped via pipe into fermentation tank for its first fermentation. If the wort is not clear, it needs to be re-filtered. The heating method of mash system can be steam, electric and direct fire. The material of mash system is stainless steel or rd copper.
