Our 10 bbl brewhouse is a production size brewing system that bring your beer to market. This 10 bbl brewing system comes in multi-vessel configurations, with brew kettle and mash tun included.

The barley grains are soaked and dried to form malt, and then the malt is boiled and mixed to convert the released starches into a sugary liquid called wort. After it is boiled with hops, and perhaps other flavorings, the wort is cooled down via a heat exchanger. Cooling is necessary to prepare the wort for the next stage of the brewing process--FERMENTATION

Brewhouses are comprised of several key pieces of brewing equipment. The mash tun, lauter tun, brew kettle, and whirlpool, in the skilled hand of the brewmaster, convert grain that has been milled through a specialty grain mill, into sweet liquid called “wort”. Wort is subsequently fermented and finished in specialized beer tanks called fermenters and brite tanks.

The complete setup of these breweries is in compliance with modern brewery standards and specifications. These products enable systematic execution of milling, mashing, fermentation, filtration, filling and other related processes. We subject each brewing system to stringent testing procedures before launching them in the market.
