Fermentation tanks, or more commonly fermenters, are key components in beer brewing.Fermenters are specialized tanks designed to precisely control temperature and maintain the optimal conditions for fermentation, which occurs once the wort has been transferred from the brewhouse to the fermenter; a conical-bottom design is highly recommended for fermenters allowing for easier yeast harvesting.

The commercial brewery equipment includes milling, mashing system, fermentation system, cooling system, CIP and control system.Every system is indispensable and variable.In other words, the system with same size has thousands of different configurations.For example, the mashing system can be two vessels or three vessels or four vessels, heating method can be electricity, steam and direct fire.The fermenting tank’s quantity is base on customer’s brewing plan,and the fermenting tank parameters can be customized according to your needs, etc..

The 2-vessel beer brewhouse/beer mashing system can accomplish 2-3 batches of saccharification every day. If you want to complete more batches, we can choose a 3-vessel (mash kettle,lauter tank,whirlpool tank) or 4-vessel(mash tank,lauter tank,boiling kettle,whirlpool tank)beer brewhouse. For 2000L beer brewing equipment,we usually recommend mash/boiling tank+lauter tank+whirlpool tank+4000L hot liquid tank.
