This is a complete brewery with all necessary auxiliaries, like steam generator and chiller. The brew size is 2000l and this brew line can make up to 4 brews in a day. It has traditional tree brew vessel brew line and they have brewed various type of non-filtrated beers with this brewery. In addition to this brew line in has a cold block with 6*2000l fermenters (unitanks). All equipment in top condition.

Brewhouses configuration can be 2, 3 or 4 vessel for ale or lager. All systems come with hot liquor tanks, malt handling and milling. When additional batches or turns are necessary, the 3-Vessel Brewhouse is a welcomed improvement over a 2-Vessel set-up. Designed for Brewhouses 20-BBL and higher, an area for a future fourth vessel can be designed into the platform and system.

To make the best beer possible, the brew house is the key. On the basis of absorbing European advanced and experienced beer machinery technology, Our Brew house can fulfill various brewing technologies, variable tastes or specific capacities. The Brew house can be heated with Steam, Gas fired, Electric etc. The system composed of mash tun , lauter tun, boiling tun, whirlpool tun etc. The four tanks can be combined together to meet different requirement of brew system.
All the tanks certified stainless steel material for all tanks, with 100% TIG welded joints and seams with sanitary interior polish. All tanks use Tri-clamp connections, are designed for up to 14.7 PSI and tested at 30 PSI. We can custom fabricate any tank to meet your brewery's space and height restrictions.

Bright beer tanks are often also called serving tanks, tax determination tanks, bright beer tanks (=BBT), maturation or conditioning tanks. We know that bright beer tank is the last vessel that beer comes in contact with to become a beer that is perfectly matured, clarified and ready to be packaged and served.
Depending on their application , the beer serving tanks can be glycol jacketed or can be located in a cold room. For brewpubs serving is often done by pumping or pressurizing the beer toward the serving location.
