The wort recirculation process inside the wall under the level of the liquid and the transfers from the lower part, limiting the possibility of oxidation of the wort, together with the lautering performed in an independent tun, guarantee the high efficiency of this brewhouse.

The columns & condensers can be made with copper or stainless steel 500 L (132Gallon) copper whiskey,brandy distillation unit.
