With the rise of the craft beer market, more and more people are entering the craft beer industry. After purchasing beer equipment, I don't know how to maintain and maintain the beer equipment. Today, I would like to share with you the daily maintenance and maintenance of beer equipment, so as to extend the service life of your beer equipment.
Daily maintenance of beer equipment
1. If the beer equipment is not in use for a long time, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the beer equipment before stopping it. After the water flows out, close the valves and block the valve ports with sterile cotton.
If the beer equipment needs to be restarted after a long period of non-use, please clean the beer equipment thoroughly first.
2. The beer equipment needs to regularly check the wiring and grounding of each motor, pump; regularly add lubricating oil to the motor according to the instructions; the pump must not run idling or reverse, and replace the pump seal in time if there is leakage in the pump.
3. Frequently check whether there are foreign objects and impurities in the hopper of the pulverizer; check whether the fasteners of the pulverizer are loose; the tightness of the pulverizer drive belt and the firmness of the safety protection device; regularly clean the grinding roller of the pulverizer.
4. When filtering, it is forbidden to extract wort with a large flow rate, which will damage the sieve plate. When the beer equipment is not in use, no heavy objects should be placed on the sieve plate to cause deformation of the sieve plate.
5. Check all pipeline valves at any time, and repair or replace them in time if any leakage is found.
6. When the beer equipment is shut down for maintenance, the power should be cut off and a warning sign should be hung.
7. Frequently check the indication of the electronic temperature instrument. When correcting the temperature, the thermometer can be used to calibrate the temperature to ensure the accuracy of the process parameters.
