The mash system includes mash/lauter tun, boiling/whirlpool tun, plate heat exchanger,hop adding, pump and so on. Its main function is that in the mash tun grist is mixed with brewing water from hot water tank to form the mash. In the lauter tun the wort(dissolved liquid extract) is separated from the solids(spent grains).
Mash/Lauter tun: Racking machine rotary tillage, Side out manhole,Top manhole.
Hot water tank: Manhole/ Bottom and side jacket
Kettle/Whirlpool tank: Bottom and side jacket, Manhole, Work platform, Pump, one or two line plate heat exchanger, valve and temperature controller.
Heating：Steam/Gas/Electricity
Option: steam cndensate system, wort sampling station

We tied it up with code and tied it up with a film membrane.We will choose Wooden case to protect the equipment from being damaged in transit.If the equipment’s height exceed the container’s height,we will put down the equipment and fix it by iron frame.
