We manufacture and supply brewhouse sizes from 50L to 20000L based on customer’s demand. Our brewery equipment is turn-key and consist of mill system, mash system, fermentation system, cooling system, cleaning system (CIP), control system and accessories. With brewery equipment you are able to produce outstanding full-bodied beers. Beginners will find it easy to brew with this fairly automated equipment.

The wort brew machine consists of the following components:
Functional tanks :
1. Mash tank / Wort boiling tank / Whirlpool tank – Multifunction vessel for the mashing of malt grains in watert and for the boiling of wort with hops. The tank is equipped with the tangential inlet for the final centrifugal separation of hops from wort.
2. Filtering tank – the tank wit special sieve to separation of malt rests from wort before boiling wort with hops.
3. Heating tank – tank equipped with electric heating elements and the oil heat exchanger serves to the heating of water, mash and wort.

The fermenter has a dimple jacket in both the cone and the barrel.
This ensures that efficiencies are maximized and time needed to control the temperature of your product is minimized. Available in several finishes, our tanks not only serve to raise the bar on production standards, they can also be customized to visually represent the quality and attention to detail put into the product our clients produce.
The outer and inner tank is constructed using high quality sus304 stainless steel and features a glycol cooling jacket which acts to boost glycol cooling performance, and to maintain lower lagering temperatures.
