We offers flexible Brewhouse / Brew Kettle designs to ensure that optimal efficiency is achieved while including all requirements that a customer may have (such as spacing, tank distribution, etc.) Producing a high quality beer requires consistent brews and although experience plays a crucial rolein the process, the limiting factor is the quality of the Brewhouse being used. Having a high quality Brewhouse will ensure that you have the necessary tools to keep the same flavor profile with every batch!
The brewhouse can be 2/3/4 vessels beer brewhouse according to customer's requirement
10HL 3-vessel Brewhouse :Mash –Kettle | Lauter Tun | Whirlpool
1.MASH / KETTLE Vessel 10HL (1000L)
Insulated jacketed (double-walled) cylindrical vertical stainless-steel vessel with 4 adjustable legs. This vessel performs 2 functions – mashing and wort-boiling. Mash/Kettle vessel is equipped with central agitator (mixer) with drive placed in the top dished-head (dome). Internal vessel surface is polished to Ra 0,6 and its cover is polished as well.Vent-chimneys,Glass-Manway, CIP-spray ball input, and light are placed in the dished head (dome).
2.LAUTER TUN 10HL (1000L)
Insulated jacketed (double-walled) cylindrical vertical stainless-steel vessel with 4 adjustable legs. This vessel performs lautering function. Lauter Tun is equipped with central mixer with stirring rakes and grain-out ribbon. Grain-out process is semiautomatic and is performed to Lauter Tun’s side over the lautering screen/floor – depending on brewery layout.
Internal vessel surface is polished to Ra 0,6. Lauter tun is equipped with back flush pipes,outlets for wort lautering. Glass-Manway, Side manhole,CIP-sprayball input, and light are placed in the dished head (dome).
3.WHIRLPOOL 10HL (1000L)
Insulated cylindrical vertical stainless-steel vessel with 4 adjustable legs with bottom sloped from centre to vessel’s jacket to enable wort oulet. Manway , light and tangential port are installed in whirlpool vessel. Cleaning is performed by CIP-sprayballs.
4.CONTROL PANEL
Through this control panel brewmaster can see/control brewing process temperatures, control all pumps and mixers, and control brewhouse vessels lighting.
Principally, only valves are opened/closed manually but it’s not much labour and you have a very easy access to everything, very easy and comfortable operation (proven by numbers of installations).
