Beer brewhouse introduction |
If you are just starting out with a micro-brewery or brewpub, our 10HL brewhouse is a feasible solution that combines the operability of the system itself with the possibility of future expansion.
Beer brewhouse is the core of the beer brewing progress, and he includes four steps: mashing, lautering, boiling and whirlpooling. These four basic functions can be combined according to customers' requirements, such as 2-vessel beer brewhouse, 3-vessel beer brewhouse and 4 -vessel beer brewhouse.
The function and characteristics of each step
1.Mashing tank
During your brewing process, the grist is hydrated by tempered water and then stirred in the mash tank to maintain a homogeneous temperature profile. It can then be heated to specified temperatures by the integrated steam jackets to achieve your unique mash profile.
100% 304 stainless steel construction, including all non-product contact and structural steel
2B product contact material finish, with internal welds polished #4
Glass cover manway
Rock wool insulation 100mm
Fully welded 304 stainless steel outer sheathing
Rotary sprayballs to clean vessel
Grist hydrator designed to properly mix grist and tempered water at a customer specified mash in rate
Integrated steam jackets for temperature adjustment during step mashing
Properly sized outlet to eliminate clogging when pumping mash to the lauter tun
2.Lauter tank
Proper filtration is key to achieving the brew you desire. When the mash is pumped into the lauter tun, the sweet wort is then separated from the grain husks. The lauter tun consists of a large vessel to hold the mash, a false bottom, and a manifold to allow the wort to recirculate and clarify. The wort can then be transferred to the kettle. An adjustable height raking machine keeps the bed from collapsing allowing for a quick vorlauf and collection while maintaining your desired clarity.
100% 304 stainless steel construction, including all non-product contact and structural steel
2B product contact material finish, with internal welds polished #4
Sized to meet your gravity requirements
Glass cover manway
Rock wool insulation 100mm
Fully welded 304 stainless steel outer sheathing
Rotary sprayballs to clean vessel
Easy spent grain removal
Evenly distributed wort collection
Removable several pieces of sieve plate
3.Brew Kettle
Brew kettles are designed and built to provide proper evaporation rates, safe operation, and durability for your commercial brewing system.
100% 304 stainless steel construction, including all non-product contact and structural steel
2B product contact material finish, with internal welds polished #4
Sized for 15-minute transfer time to whirlpool brewing
Glass cover manway
Rock wool insulation
Fully welded 304 stainless steel outer sheathing
Rotary sprayballs to clean vessel
High flow nozzle in concentrator to clean calandria tubes
4.Whirlpool tank
After boiling, the wort is transferred into a whirlpool to remove any protein present. During this stage, any malt or hop particles are removed to leave a liquid that is ready to be cooled, aerated, and fermented.
100% 304 stainless steel construction, including all non-product contact and structural steel
2B product contact material finish, with buffed internal welds
Glass cover manway
Tangential inlet designed to achieve tight trub piles
Rock wook insulation
Fully welded 304 stainless steel outer sheathing
Rotary sprayballs to clean vessel
Trub removal system for easy disposal and efficient water usage
5.Wort Chiller
The quailty of your beer is directly affected by how quickly you can cool your wort from boiling to yeast-pitching temperatures. Our plate heat exchangers can efficiently chill your wort so that you can expect clarity in your beer without the fear of affecting your brew's flavors.
It can be single stage or two stages wort chiller.
6. Supporting equipment
– Equipment for huminiding and dosing of squeezed malt into the brewhouse
– Basic frame with work platform (excluding the smallest brewing machines)
– Pipe system with pumps
– Motors with agitators for mixing and cutting of malt mash
– Wort aeration candle (may be used as external part)
– semi automatic/ automatic control system of the wort brewing process.
