In whole brewing system, there are two part to use electric heating, the one is mash tun, the one is kettle. Electric heating mash tun is a vessel used in the mashing process to convert the starches in crushed grains into sugars for fermentation. The mashing tun/kettle is made out of stainless steel or copper. The direct fire mash tun is insulated to maintain a constant temperature. It including Direct fire combustion chamber, chimney and safety device.

1200L beer equipment is favorite by some intermediate breweries or restaurants owners, which can help them to brew 1000-2000 L beer per day. Its production capacity is flexible, you can decide how much beer would you want to brew per month according to the quantities of fermenter you choose. One tank beer usually take 10-14 days to ferment.

Microbrewery comes complete "turnkey" The performance of your Microbrewery (Brewery and mini brewery), if necessary, can be increased in the future.

Usually, there will be a mash/lauter tun, a brew kettle/whirlpool tank, and a hot water tank. But this depends on the size of brewhouse and the batch you want to brew per day. The structure of our brewhouses are custom designed and built to order and to your specific floor plan and brewing process needs. All the tanks certified stainless steel material for all tanks, with 100% TIG welded joints and seams with sanitary interior polish. All tanks use Tri-clamp connections.
